Across the pond: a cold winter could be cold indeed

Some folks in Britain must be hoping for a little local warming. A cold winter could mean a realllly cold winter, becasue there doesn’t seem to be enough infrastructure to deliver the heating energy needed. It seems to be a combo of old nuc plants, insufficient grid, broken down gas plant, etc. A real energy muddle, amidst rising prices. Two years ago a similar winter crunch forced some business uses to be curtailed or cut off.
